We have action!!

Here are some pictures we took of the house tonight.  For the last week it has seemed like we have been at kind of a stand still.  Every day there was something getting done, but I kept thinking it would be moving along a little bit quicker.  The rain last week put a damper on things.  Tonight when we went by, the lumber you see in the back of the pictures, was getting dropped off.  We are hoping this means framing will be begin tomorrow.  This first picture is our garage. 

Last night they poured our basement floor.  I drove by at 4:45 and there was people  working but no cement truck.  When Gary went by about an hour later the cement truck was there.  We went back about 9 and there were still 3 guys there smoothing out the floor.

Here is the front door, family room basement window, and patio area.  You can see on the side of the window well where the step will be going up to the front door.  The white pipe looking thing is a drain that is in the center of the courtyard area.  Then if you look by the cement square (which will be a column) you can see a smoothed out area that is the walkway leading up to the entry.  Again, notice the lumber....we are way excited to be getting to this point.  It makes it seem like more of a house!
