Picture of the over excavation

Here are 2 pictures of what the basement bedroom windows will look like on our house.   The sun was shining directly on this area so I wasn't sure which picture would turn out better.  This is from their parade home.  I doubt there will grass down there, but I am hoping maybe some plants or perma bark.  Obviously from the lack of grass you can tell the landscaping is not finished.
